As with any home purchase, we run searches to make sure the property is free and clear from any liens or defects. With new construction, the same is also true, however, the process is longer and the closing may be done in more than one step.

Having the experience in the lending process we are prepared to update as the building progresses and confirm no issues arise during the building process. We are working with the lender long after the closing is completed to make sure before any new money in advance, no liens or judgments have been filed.

Our job is not done until the home is completed. We stay involved during the entire process.
